All of our group classes follow a structured 12-week progressive cycle designed to help you see real results over time. When you join, you get access to all three classes, giving you the ability to train based on your goals while staying within one complete system.
What makes our training different is that it is built for all fitness levels. Through our color-coded training system, every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are while still challenging you to progress. Whether you are just getting started or have trained for years, there is a level for you.
We do not believe in random workouts. Our classes are designed around sound training principles like progressive overload, movement quality, recovery, and energy system development so your body can adapt, improve, and perform better over time.

Move-MENT is our signature training class that blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and athletic movement into one complete workout experience. It is designed to improve how your body performs as a whole, not just how hard you can work in one session.

This class leans more into strength training and hypertrophy, which is the science of building muscle. This class is structured to create the right training stimulus for muscle growth, body fat reduction, and long-term physical change. Combined with proper nutritional guidance, Re-Comp helps members work toward real body composition results in a sustainable way.

This class trains both your aerobic system for endurance and your anaerobic system for strength, power, and higher intensity output. The result is a stronger engine, better stamina, and the ability to perform at a higher level.
